This book has been composed of some habitual reasons and important reasons. The principal the reason is that during my long assistance in Punjab in the limit of Judicial Magistrate, Sub-divisional Magistrate, Additional Deputy Commissioner, and Joint Secretary to Government of Punjab, I have deliberately watched and checked all politico-strict tumults and subsequent improvements directly from the rule generally Partap Singh Kairon to the present-day legislature of Parkash Singh Badal which is still crumblingly prowling on till this last day of 1998.
